Alan Korwin, author of six books and co-author of eight others, is a full-time freelance writer, consultant and entrepreneur with a twenty-five-year track record. Alan is one of the nation’s leading Second Amendment gun-rights experts, with more than two decades of work in the field. He is a founder and two-term past president of the Arizona Book Publishing Association, which has presented him with its Visionary Leadership award, named in his honor, the Korwin Award. He has received two national awards for publicity work as a member of the Society for Technical Communication, is a past board member of the Arizona chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, and has been active with the speaker’s bureau for the Wash., D.C.-based news-media watchdog, Accuracy In Media.
